Swapped over to the Brother HL-L8360CDW from another brand, great printer, does everything easily, plenty of functionality, prints gloss paper and everything I need. Great little display panel. I wish I’d swapped over sooner.

Great printer. Good quality output. I have had to hardwire the printer to my laptop as I kept loosing the connection with wifi. It is slow to start the first print but that was expected as it says so in the description. It is quite large so it takes up quite a bit of room on my desk.

Light weight printer, not too heavy after the packaging has been removed. I currently struggle with the speed of the printing (slow and delayed!!), I struggle with the settings, printer always reads, its out of paper and its not. Very difficult and can not get ahold of tech support.

The machine (and its components) do not appear to be well made. We have a constant issue of getting the (Brother-brand) cartridges to "seed". In addition, it's appalling that there is no ARM support.

This printer is AWESOME. I had another Brother printer that seemed to take forever to start whereas this printer prints almost immediately with excellent print speed. It is also very quiet in comparison. I like the fact that the high capacity toners give about 6500 pages - awesome.

The printer does not work properly at all times. First it was a print image problem (after 2 updates and 5 calibration) it works better. After 500 pages; the problem is back. WiFi printing works but requires printer reset after 2 weeks.

The Brother performed well without any issues for 15 months until we have to replace the drum unit and the waste toner. And now everything we replace the toners, the printer constantly asked to reset the toner. This was never the case.

Brilliant printer, so useful to have colour and black & white in a duplex (double sided) laser printer. Our scanning is done on an older smaller inkjet multifunction printer so didn't need that on the laser.

Colours bleed into black text when printing in colour. Some text on the same page is crisp and black and other text is blurry and tinted with red or yellow.

I would give this zero stars if possible. The printer worked fine out of the box. I bought a laser so that toner replacement would be a no-brainer. But ...
I replaced an empty toner cartridge with a new one right out of the Brother box. Followed the instructions. Repeated the procedure a few times.

Brand new and out of the box, I had immediate print quality issues with streaking. After calibrating the printer, one page would print, and then I was prompted to clean the drums. This process repeated after every single print.

Ran out of toner after 2 months of printing, definitely not spending half the cost of the printer on genuine. Doesn't handle label paper well at all, each new sheet pushes the last one off the tray. Otherwise prints well and hasn't had issues.... yet.
